[Ponte Alto] Yule on the Bridge

Being new to the area though experienced in the SCA, I find that the event
flyer does not contain sufficient information.  I'm trying to persuade my
daughter and grandchildren to attend, but with no schedule, no information
on the feast, and very little about A&S other than dancing I really don't
know what to tell them.  Regarding the request for decorations, without
knowing the site or how period the event is, it is really hard to know what
would be helpful, and without knowing the setup (tables? how much space
etc. ) it is hard to know even what tableware or decorations to bring
