[Ponte Alto] Update/Correction: Atlantia MOL/Fighter card reissuance

Date and itinerary correction(s) from the BMOL:
To that end, our Baronial MOL will be present at Ponte Alto's Thursday
evening armored practice at Lemon Road Elementary from 6:30p to 7:30p this
week (11 FEB 2016) and possibly next (18 FEB 2016), proceeding afterwards
to the Rapier practice at Shrevewood Elementary on the same evening. Both
locations are in Falls Church, VA.

Update: The BMOL has determined this renewal transaction will NOT incur the
typical renewal fee, and will extend the expiration date from the date of
issuance by four years. However, adding an additional weapons form will
cost $1.

changing sometime this spring, and that each and every fighter has to renew
their fighter card within the next year.
