[Ponte Alto] Update Regarding Upcoming Baronial Polling

Greetings Unto the Barony:

I wanted to take a minute and remind you that only dues paid members that
live within the Baronial zip codes will receive polling letters.  This
polling is the opportunity for you  to voice your opinion on the candidates
that have submitted letters of interest to be the next Baron and Baroness.

These letters are anticipated to be mailed toward the end of October.
Please update your memberships if you wish to participate in the polling.
If you are not paid by the last week of September it is likely you will be
omitted from the mailing.

However.... any dues paid member that lives outside the Barony, but calls
themselves a Barony member may voice an opinion on the candidates directly
to There Majesties starting November 1st.

I will post more on that later after polling letters are mailed out.
