>It has been a wonderful experience organizing this years Chalice of the Sun God XI: Romancing the Muses. I did not do on my own but with plenty of help from several hard working and considerate individuals. It truly does take a Kingdom to run an event!!

>This weekend has a promise to be beautiful. And I would love to see all of you at Chalice. We still need some help with a few things:

>*Lord Naran needs help completing the archery targets. The work will be done at his home this Weds and Thursday at 7:30pm. Please come by and help.  His address is: 4901 Seminary Road Apt. 1409. Alexandria VA 22311. SOUTHERN TOWERS APTS. Plenty of parking. 703-836-5654.

>* Lord Erich von Kleinfield is our CIC and has volunteered to coordinate our water bearers. If you could volunteer some of your time at the event to help waterbearing we would greatly appreciate it.

>* Set up - As always all and any help is needed. We will be at the storage shed on Centerville Road at 1pm and hopefully on the Loundon County Fairgrounds at 4pm on Friday to set up.  On Saturday I will be on the grounds at 7:30am ( okay more likely 8am) with coffee and donuts for all who can help.
>
>* Take down and clean up- Help Wanted! Richi Norman, Site manager of the Loundon County Fairgrounds, states that we are her best client's in leaving the grounds and building in such a great shape. So any help with clean up on the field and after feast will be needed.
