[Ponte Alto] Sapphire Joust

Having learned the hard way... pack your garb/clothes in a plastic trash bag or plastic bin.  Trust me... if it monsoons... you'll thank me.    And some chairs and a table to sit at under the sun shade.  Two sets of keys for van... we almost lost a set last year, someone did find them and turn them in, but was very thankful I had a back up set.

So we bit the bullet (arrowhead?) and registered the fam to camp at Sapphire Joust! Ahhh!  It'll be our first SCA camping event, and our first time camping with the kidlets, so any and all advice/suggestions/ideas would be MUCH appreciated. My email is eliisaharman at gmail.com, so anyone can contact me there (or on Facebook), and we won't clog up the list! ;)  Our kids (for those of you who haven't seen them at events) are 2 1/2 and 1, so it will be extra interesting. We just have a tiny modern tent, and plan to get a sunshade thingy so we don't fry... What else do we need? What DON'T we need? Like I said, any feedback would be fantastic.
