As I hope you previously had heard, the fighters of the Barony through  
the Scholum had agreed to provide service back to the Barony by  
providing clean-up after the feast of Chalice.  We were just told that  
fifteen would be an appropriate number, so we are working on  
developing that size group of volunteers.

Once we have secured the list, we will get you the names and ensure  
they are there to help clean-up and take-down on Saturday.
