[Ponte Alto] Something We talking about at a New Comers meeting.

Greetings
    I was in charge of the medieval/renaissance history interest group at the Northern VA Community College-Alexandria Campus for Fall 2005 & Spring 2006 semesters.  Kind folks in the SCA helped me exhibit on campus during student activities informational week.  The exhibits were very poplar on campus as we actually won prizes from the faculty with our demo table.  The exhibit drew a few people who were interested and they came to a few SCA functions.  However the downside of the community college is that all those students have transferred to 4 year universities and have left the area.  I hope that these students will find the SCA in their new college towns.
