[Ponte Alto] Baronial bard competition - change of plans

Greetings fellow Pontoons,

There is a small scheduling change for the Baronial Bard competition.
Instead of performing between bouts, those seeking the title of
Baronial Bard will perform for Their Excellencies *after* the rapier
tournament. This will cut down on confusion of when people are
supposed to perform and keep the event running smoothly.

Sign-up and tokens for competitors will be at Troll.

Any performer who wishes to entertain the assembled gallery between
heavy weapon bouts is welcome to do so. Those performances will *not*
be a part of the bardic competition. Please contact me ahead of time
so we can schedule a performance order.
