[Ponte Alto] Newcomer's Garb night and March Newcomer's meeting

I have only to offer my deepest apologies as to the fact that neither Sarah 
nor I can attend tomorrow night.  The reason very simple: a sudden lack of 
parental units (that being anyone over the age 18).  I hope this causes no 
major inconveniences,
