[Ponte Alto] no il tempo for november

dear friends,

it is with shame and regret that i have to inform you that 
there will be no november issue of il tempo published. 
unfortunately, what with moving and all the related 
challenges, i was not able to get il tempo published before 
my move. and even though i am now in my new home i can't even 
find my computer, much less get it set up. i promise there 
will be an issue for december!

p.s. i would flog myself with some wet noodles, but i can't 
find the pasta either.
