[Ponte Alto] Group encampment at Sapphire Joust.

 Greetings to the gentles of Ponte Alto!

As many of you may have heard during the Performer's Symposium, Caer Maer  is
sponsoring Sapphire Joust over Memorial Day weekend... the WHOLE weekend.

According to them, this is the pre-Pennsic encampment that many have
expressed interest in.  It is 3 nights, 4 days long in the State Fairgrounds
of Richmond Virginia.

For this event, the Barony will be requesting a Group Encampment reservation.
 Group encampments will get the choicer locations; and, since this a single
spigot site where we will be hauling water to the camp site, this will be a
great help!

Detailed instructions for joining the Baronial encampment will be forthcoming
within the next day or so.  Meanwhile, if  you are interested in joining the
camp, please email me at ArtsOfPalm at aol.com and I will put you on the
encampment mailing list.
