Fall University Important Planning Dates:

   - August 21 = Individual Class Proposals Due
   - August 26 = Catalog available for Instructor Review
   - August 30 = Catalog opens for student registration
   - September 18 = Student Registration closes

Class proposal information can be submitted either online or via email.

Instructors should receive an email after I review your class submission
and change the status from "Pending" to "Approved". Also, the catalog will
open for instructor review on August 26. Please review all your classes for
correctness BEFORE it opens for student registration on August 30.

If you've taught a class before and want to submit it again for this
session, you can do so using the RESUBMIT class features.

For emailed class proposals, please include the following information:

   - Instructor name (SCA and modern)
   - Class title
   - Fees (if any)
   - Max number of students (the default maximum is 25)
   - Duration of class (1 hour, 2 hours, or more)
   - Class description
   - Any special requests including equipment or space requirements for the
class, as well as any conflicts. This includes equipment the instructor
would need from the site. E.g.: projector, sturdy tables, etc. Equipment is
not necessarily available, but it can't hurt to ask.

If you have any questions, please contact me (university at atlantia.sca.org).
I look forward to the 102nd session!

Thank you for supporting Atlantia's University.

In service,
Adriana
