[MR] June University Hotel Room Block Information

 A week or so ago I was asked about a hotel room block for Atlantia's June
University Session (http://university.atlantia.sca.org/) in Lynchburg, VA.
I am excited to announce that the autocrat, Lord Stoffel die Wayer, has
negotiated for such.

Here is the hotel room block info:

Room Rate = $119/night + tax for a room with 1 King or 2 Queen beds
Reservation Deadline = June 2
Please use the group name "SCA" when you make your reservations.

The link defaults to June 16-17 so anyone staying less will have to adjust
the days. You will have 72 hours prior to arrival your cancel their
reservation for any reason. Cancellations made after this point may be
subject to forfeiture of one night’s room and tax.
