[MR] New things in the MOAS Office

[Atlantian KMoAS]

In stepping up as KMOAS, there have been a few changes.

The new MOAS 101 class is "How to Support the Arts, A class for everyone"
this class is not just for MOAS's but also for everyone as the class title
suggests and is being offered at this university on Feb 3rd.

There have also been changes to deputies of the MOAS office.

Mistress Beatrice has step down as the clothing deputy and I will not be
refilling that position.

Lady Mariss Ghijs  has stepped up as the competition deputy and will be
taking on the role of running, advertising and getting people to help her
run and advertise the kingdom competitions, the tempore, cultra, and Lyceum
competitions.  please help her out as you see her or host a kingdom level
event.

Master Llywd will be stepping up as the new Historic Martial Arts or HMA
deputy. My hope is to get more arts in to the fighting field as more rapier
fighters are fighting in a more period manner

Baroness Ingegerd is stepping up as the Southern Regional Deputy. She is
from Ravens cove/ Cathenar area of North Carolina but travels as much as
she can.

Last there have been a few changes to the MOAS website. Please check them
out. Please expect more to come and let me know of suggestions.
