Good Gentles please pay heed.  The Norse are sieging Paris this weekend at
the Tournament of Ymir.  They are bringing hundreds of longships to bear on
this narrow stretch of the Seine River and there won't be enough room in
the river for every ship to be docked next to the field of battle.  Bring
your ship to shore and unload and then make room for others to unload.

IN OTHER WORDS,

We are expecting a whole bunch of people and we will need EVERYONE to
unload efficiently and quickly at the cabins or field and then move your
vehicles to the parking areas.  This will need to be strictly enforced, so
that we can get everyone on site and not have vehicles in every single
photograph.

There is limited parking at the cabins and turning radiuses are too tight
for trailers.  NO TRAILERS WILL BE ALLOWED PAST THE RECREATION HALL.
Oversized vehicles and trailers will need to park in the back parking lot,
past Gate, behind the stables.

As many vehicles as we can fit in the parking areas need to make it there.
Please do not leave more than 3-4 feet between vehicles, think your average
mall parking lot, because every 5 people take take that extra two feet
means that there is one less parking space.

Handicap spaces will be adjacent to the staff cabin and near the field.

I have entrusted Lord Bumba of Attilium with the task of Parking Steward
and asking people to move their vehicles to the parking areas after they
are unloaded quickly and efficiently.  Please do not abuse the fact that we
are asking courteously for EVERYONE to move their vehicles to the parking
areas.  None of us are any more special than anyone else.

Thank you for your understanding and willingness, in advance, to move you
vehicle to the designated parking areas.
