Lord Faolan mac Raghnail did receive a coral branch, but is was given him in evening court directly after the Award of Arms to Lord Caius Balthazar Silvano. If fact, he was commanded by Their Majesties to sing for Themselves and the assembled populace.  How this Herald could forget can only be explained by the excitement of the upcoming elevation because Lord Faolan's song was wonderful to hear and moving to sing along with.

It was earlier that Lord Faolan was brought to King Amos and Queen Kara at the archery field, and admonished to present himself at evening court.
