[MR] BBC: Viking Combat Therapy

Noble Friends, Especially Vikings,

Today the BBC is offering a feature on how portraying and fighting as Vikings has helped some men with anger issues channel their feelings. The story focuses on the Jomsburg Vikings who meet annually in Wolin, Poland. Most of the men interviewed for the piece are from an English chapter called Ulflag. The story features some great photos of costumes and weapons, plus some video clips.
