[MR] Martial and A&S Competitions at Dun Carraig Baronial Birthday

My Lords and Ladies, pray attend!

The Barony of Dun Carraig invites one and all as we gather  on the 12th of
November to celebrate the birthday of our Noble Barony, and to bear witness
as Duke Ragnarr Blackhammer and Lady Lynette Semere are invested as our New
Baron and Baroness!

In celebration of the day, Duke Ragnarr shall take to the heavy field with
represenatitves of the prior Baronial couples and our Barony's Chivalry  to
allow those attending to test their mettle in open challenge.

On the rapier field, there shall be a tourney to test your mettle against
all the rapier fighters present.  Bring your best, bring your blades, make
ready to fight for honor and glory to celebrate the Barony of Dun Carraig.**

After the individual rapier tourney, there shall be a rapier melee tourney
that will require strategy, skill, and cunning to outwit the opposing team.
Each team(decided on site based on the number of fighters present) will
attempt to rid their opponents of their precious accoutrements while
defending their own.  Scenarios will be timed.****

On the Archery field,  a shoot shall take place, and shall be themed around
games of chance.  There shall be some old favorites with some added twists,
as some new ones as well!

And as our new Baron & Baroness are true patrons of the Arts & Sciences, an
open A&S competition shall be held on the day of their Investiture.  There
shall be no requirements regarding them or time period, only that you come
and display that which you have a passion for.

Finally, in celebration of the Baroness' newest additions to her house, she
shall also sponsor a Children's A&S competition!  All entries are welcome
and there shall be coloring supplies on hand to allow entries to be
submitted that day, with sweet treats for the winner!
