But the problem is that we have to draw the line somewhere, and in those cases, someone has to say something. I don't want a stormtroopers at an event, no matter how cool, inspired or well-researched his blaster is. 

The real question is where we draw the line. Stormtroopers are obvious. Elf ears are pretty clear cut too. After that, it gets q bit more blurry.
