The problem with telling them they are wrong is that it doesn't work.
If you what you want is a lot of cool, inspired people to play with,
then insulting anyone who doesn't fit will not meet your goals.
The best thing is to make doing it right look like fun and making them
want to follow you. You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
