[MR] Landed Baron/Baroness

Hello everyone,

As I've been catching up on e-mails from Pennsic, I came across the
news/e-mail that Windmaster Hill's current lovely Baronage will be stepping
down at the end of their term.  Of course this had my mind wandering and
thought I'd pose the question to everyone on this list who would like to
give positive thoughtful input on such matters.  What is it you look for in
a Landed Baron/Baroness?  What qualities do you feel they should possess?
 What would you like them to assist with in your barony?  Where would you
like their attentions focused?  What could they do as leaders to help the
barony and help those in the dream actually live it?

Just thoughts for pondering,
