[MR] Riverfest Demo in Cecil County, 9/10 & 9/11

Good Gentles,

The Barony of Bright Hills is again hosting their annual demo at the
Charlestown Riverfest in Cecil County.  The event is Saturday and Sunday,
September 10 and 11.  House Wulfshaven will be fighting and I'm sure would
love to have extra fighters for Sat. and for Sun. We always do an A&S tent
with demonstrations of different A&S activities.  We will do this as usual,
but this year, I want to encourage merchants to come.  I think the public
would enjoy not only seeing A&S, but maybe being able to purchase some of
the items.  Your items do not have to be super period.  Period-ish is good.
 We are allowed to camp at this event, but those in a non-period tent will
need to break down in the mornings.  Please email me at

following:

Merchanting, Demo-ing (fighting or A&S), or will you just be garbed
atmosphere (we need this too!)
Camping or No camping
Period tent or no period tent
Both days or just Sat. or Sun.

This is a wonderful event!  The fighting is a huge draw for this crowd, so I
would like to encourage all heavy fighters who want extra practice to come
join us!  And Merchants of Atlantia, please consider coming this year to
this great demo site.  It's right on the beach and there are tons of food
merchants and restaurants.  Make it a weekend for the family!  It will only
cost you gas to get there!

Directions to Charlestown Riverfest in Cecil County:

>From the South
Take I-95 to Perryville, Maryland
Take Exit 93 (Perryville/Port Deposit) go toward Perryville to Route 40
Turn left onto Route 40
Go through 3 lights
Turn right onto Route 7 (East) Maryland Sand & Gravel will be on your right;
Watch the green mile markers on the side of the road 7 East is just before
mile marker 4.5. The one you do not want
(7 West) is at 4.0
Go 1 1/4 mile on Route 7 turn right onto Route 267
 Follow the yellow center line!! You will make 3, 90 degree turns. First one
is left, Second is right, Third is left. If you do this correctly just
before you make the third turn, the Fire House will be on your right side.
Turn Right on to Caroline St. This is the second street on right side after
you make the third 90.
Parking attendants will be on your right. If you have a handicap tag tell
the attendant and they will direct you from there.
