if that is what you read then yes, i am a "waste of air".  not sure what
that means but ok.

victims of predators would be so rare if those responsible for their safety
were.  but ok, lets not look at it that way.  lets just assume that there is
always a risk and, therefore, no blame can be had.  i mean, if it could
happen then its bound to happen, right?

Let's get this straight.  In a public forum, you are saying that the only
possible way a sexual predator can get access to children is if the parents
of those children are derelict in their duty as parents? Is that what you
are saying, that any parent whose child is abuse is responsible for that
abuse?

I just want to make sure I understand you correctly before I write you off
as a waste of air.
