Here's a decent overview of the BSA's youth protection policies.

I think its important to note that the training, policies, etc are not
solely given to the adults. Both the scouts themselves and the parents are
also involved in the youth protection program.
One of the first requirements for the scout rank is to go through a pamphlet
on youth protection with the scout's parents.
I think this is it: http://www.scouting.org/filestore/ypt/pdf/46-015.pdf
The BSA also has 2 training videos for the youth which cover a variety of
topics. The first video is shown to all the scouts regularly (yearly in my
troop) and is titled "A Time to Tell."
Materials: http://old.scouting.org/pubs/ypt/pdf/46-013.pdf
Video: Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k3yo_nj6bGs
Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQrFJdIaqz8
The second video is for older scouts and covers topics like stalking,
harassment, and date rape. Its geared a little bit more towards protecting
their peers. I can't find a streaming link for you, but you could buy a copy
from the BSA if you wanted.
Theres also a cub scout video titled "It happened to me":
