Final corrections and updates (I hope):

The feast has just been expanded from 60 to 80 seats, but they are filling
up fast. If you want a feast seat you'll have to show up early and request
it at the gate. Baroness Graciela of Black Diamond is cooking and I hear
she's an excellent cook and her feasts usually sell out. We are also looking
for kitchen helpers and feast servers, which should give you a good shot at
leftovers (if there are any, of course).

Troll opens 5pm Friday until 9 or 10
Troll reopens by 8:30 on Saturday
10:00 morning court (devestiture and investiture)
11:00 depending on court - authorizations start (heavy, youth, rapier) and
archery inspection
11:30 or after authorizations (depending on number of marshals), fighting
starts

Friday and Saturday nights there will be campfires and hopefully some
informal bardic circle(s). Saturday afternoon and evening there will be
dancing.

gmail.com ) for merchant space reservations, day-shade space reservations,
handicap parking space requests, desire to teach classes or other questions.


Please note, the autocrat will have limited Internet access and will be very
busy Thursday night and Friday, so get requests in as early as possible.

We can use volunteers in the following positions (sign up on-site):
Marshals
MOL or MOL-iT assistants
Water bearers
Kitchen helpers
Feast servers
Feast clean-up crew
Friday set-up and Saturday or Sunday tear-down crew

It looks like the weather is going to be perfect - some isolated
thunderstorms tonight (Thursday) but only 20% chance of rain Friday and 0%
Sat/Sun, high of about 80 degrees.
