Lord Jack Black, et. al.,

I greatly like your idea of posting signage at the troll for newcomers. I
and my daughter were newcomers at a recent event. We were as described
earlier: did the research, showed up in garb, trolled without issue, then
where a bit lost.

We were almost immediately rescued by kind folk who recognized our
unfamiliarity (or possibly the deer in the headlight looks.) We met many
kind folk that day, made some new friends, and had a wonderful time, but
without their intervention it could have been a quite different kind of day.

Knowing there was someone we could "hook-up" with would have been helpful.
