More specifically: the archery ranks are not included in the Kingdom's Order of Precedence. There are other disciplines that may have internal ranking systems as well, and they too are not included in the OP. (The heralds are one of those disciplines.) When changes to these rankings are announced in court, they should be included on a court report.
What often happens, however, is that the list of the new ranks is announced by a member of that discipline, who was called into court for that specific purpose. That is well and good, except that on occasion, neither the royalty nor the court herald is supplied with a copy of that list. Then, when it comes time to write up the court report, the court herald doesn't have the list, and must scramble. On one occasion in the past I remember putting in my court report "Neither I nor Their Majesties have the list of new rankings; would someone who DOES have the list please contact me?"
This, then, is my plea to folks. If you're called into court to announce that good things are happening to other people, please make sure that the presiding royalty (and/or baronage) and the court herald get a written copy of what you're there to announce. THat will simplify the preparation of good court reports quite a bit.
Thanking you for your time, I have the pleasure to remain yours in service,
