Milady, it's not that archery badges "do not count", it's only that they
fall into a different category than other kingdom/baronial awards.  As you
mention, archery badges are fairly unique in that they are strictly a matter
of measured performance, as opposed to most other awards, which are a
subjective judgment by the givers of the qualities of the recipient.
