No such person. I mean, yeah, there was a Dr. Atkins, but not one that forbade all carbs. The Dr. Atkins I think you are referencing did not suggest anyone do a carb free diet of any sort.

If you mean a diet with no carbohydrate whatsoever, then yes. I agree. Probably not the healthiest way to eat. 

 

If you mean the Atkins plan, or any other low glycemic lifestyle, I would like to see that data. Because I follow this stuff and have seen nothing of the sort in any reputable source. 

 

 

There is a big diffence between educated low carb lifestylers and fad diet idiots who haven't the first clue about how to eat healthy. Unfortuately, we lifestylers get clumped in with the idiots all the time.
