Any "nutritionist" that insists that ANYONE, much less a walking insulin factory, "must have" starchy carbs is a "nutritionist" that is getting a kickback from an insulin company.
The idiot that diagnosed me the morning after my blood sugar was so low it was a miracle I was still concious suggested I "eat more sugar." Yeah. Scary.
That's why they call it a "practice", folks. And clearly these guys need more of it.
