I'm hypo also. My nutritionist insisted that I MUST have 60gm starch-y
carbs every day, preferably early in the day. For reference, 60gm is a
little less than 1 (one) slice of bread. When eating bread, notice all
of the other stuff you are eating, particularly sugars. Rice, corn, or
potatoes that you cook in a healthy manner at home are superior.
