[MR] Break Fast

That's why I specified avoiding the high glycemic stuff, and getting a limited
amount of low glycemic food. That basically means avoiding white foods
(refined grains, sugar), and being very careful around "whole wheat flour"
which actually has a high glycemic index.
Generally, green and yellow vegetables are good and have moderate to low
glycemic indices. So do nuts, etc.
The problem with this advice is that the glycemic index is calculated only for
foods standing alone. It would seem to be possible to raise the glycemic index
of a meal by combining foods (adding protein and fat to the meal), but I am
unaware of any actual studies of this, so it's all speculative.
