[MR] Break Fast

At war I usually do a slimfast shake (Or other meal-replacement thingy) when
I wake up before fighting. II then follow it up with another once fighting
is done or have actual food if I don't need a critical immediate recharge.
I typically keep a case of the stuff in my tent because I don't tend to eat
as much at war, its good to have an emergency stash of carbs and calories
when that light headed feeling comes your way.

Cross-sectional studies show that 100% of Russian Roulette players surveyed
had suffered no ill effects from participation.

More conservative longitudinal studies indicate the same, although it should
be noted that these studies had a high attrition rate, with 16% of
respondants being unavailable for the follow-up survey.
