[MR] Break Fast

I am partial to eggs and bacon for breakfast....but a good while
before actual fighting, I don't do well with much actually fresh in
the stomach before action starts.

Most fighters I've seen don't eat before a bout; they do keep hydrated and will on occasion have a pickle or a piece of fruit (oranges usually), they might also have a "fighter biscuit" (bisquick, cooked ground sausage, and cheese baked into little balls) for a quick carb up, if the fighting is still going on around lunch time.
