[MR] Break Fast

As the wife of an old fighter, I'm oft annoyed that he often doesn't eat more than a bagel (with smear) and either a mixed fruit drink or just orange juice (Wilhelm doesn't drink coffee) before a fighting event. Most fighters I've seen don't eat before a bout; they do keep hydrated and will on occasion have a pickle or a piece of fruit (oranges usually), they might also have a "fighter biscuit" (bisquick, cooked ground sausage, and cheese baked into little balls) for a quick carb up, if the fighting is still going on around lunch time.

I for one am one of those fighters... I will generally go with a strong cup
of coffee and Maybe at most a bagel.

Lunch is whatever is on the field.... fruit, nuts..

Dinner is a massive calorie upload
