[MR] Break Fast

I'm hypoglycemic too, and once I quit with the simple carbs/carb overload, and made my meals up of mostly protiein, fats, and low glycemic fruits and vegies, I didn't have to eat any more often than anyone else, usually.

If I ate pancakes and muffins, I'd be crashing hard inside of the next hour.

I would submit to you to cut out the breads there in your diet and I am willing to bet that your protein intake would be just fine. All that bread's kicking your insulin production up.

The eggs in pancakes don't seem to be enough for the protein part. Fruit is good, just not too much simple/processed sugars. Just carbs or just protein won't work for me.
