I'm hypoglycemic, so my meals, particularly before and after any type of physical activity or emotional stress, need to be a combo of protein & carbs--eggs or some form of meat preferred for breakfast, plus english muffin, pancakes, or some other carb. The eggs in pancakes don't seem to be enough for the protein part. Fruit is good, just not too much simple/processed sugars. Just carbs or just protein won't work for me.
