Actually, thrown weapons (Javelins, Axes, etc) on the Heavy Field are
available to 'any fighter authorized in any heavy contact form'.  So if
you have a S&B, Spear, or CA auth, you can use Javelins/Axes.

(After inspection by a Heavy Marshal such that they meet the rules of
the Marshal's handbook, of course)
