It would be Issue #70 from Spring 1984. That would probably be A.S. XVIII (18) but might be XIX (19) (the SCA year changes in May).
If the issue number (70) is in Roman numerals it would be LXX

I have some old TIs, and I tried flipping through them, but nearly all the dates
n them are written in Roman numerals (which I can't read beyond ten) and
nyways, I don't think they correspond with real world dates anyways (which
urther confounds my attempt to figure out which books might have the tatting
