[MR] Seeking TI 1984

If you want to find the modern date on a TI just look on the inside of the cover or on the index page.  That is where they print the legally required information for publication and it normally contains the date.  A couple I just glanced glanced at also have the year at the bottom of each page.  By the way, I probably have it as I have kept practically everything I ever received from the SCA and I joined in 1974 or thereabouts.  I'll let you know when I find it.
