In the general area of geographic center. I suspect it's further from the 
center of population but don't have the current info to determine the 
population stats.

I don't see why anyone would go anywhere near Richmond if heading to BJP 
from Highland Foorde. BJP is between Danville VA and Greensboro NC, so 
from *anywhere* in Western MD I'd take my best route to Winchester VA, go 
south on I-81, and cross over the Blue Ridge to US-29 when convenient 
(most likely I-64).
