YM, I love the idea of permanent sites no matter the event. Good for
planning and scheduling, reduces the stress of finding a site and I'm all
for reducing cost. 

Thoughts - Could the contract be negotiated to include some type of flex
schedule (in other words, we'll use the site X times a year around X weekend
give or take a week)? Or is it strictly "set" dates at a reduced price?
