unknown yet.  when i talked with the director we didnt get into too many
specifics.  he did say he would be willing to discuss the idea with me,
discuss some discounts for using the site under contract, etc.  he also
mentioned that most of the groups that use the site are already entered into
contracts for multiple years.  i kept it simple and told him that i would
want to discuss the idea with "my" group first.

YM, I love the idea of permanent sites no matter the event. Good for
planning and scheduling, reduces the stress of finding a site and I'm all
for reducing cost. 

Thoughts - Could the contract be negotiated to include some type of flex
schedule (in other words, we'll use the site X times a year around X weekend
give or take a week)? Or is it strictly "set" dates at a reduced price?
