If I recall His Majesty's initial post on the subject - if we do not use the
site after we enter into the contract for a specific Crown we will be
required to pay a $500(?) penalty only if they are unable to rent the site
to another group for that weekend. As long as they are able to rent the
site, there will be no penalty and the site will remain reserved for the
following Crown.
