[MR] Smoking at events (Was: Nekkid Newcomers)

Last time I looked, kingdom law prohibited smoking in the common areas of an
event. I was actually somewhat surprised when I came back to Atlantia after
sojourning with Uncle Samuel in Ansteorra. When I first got involved with
the SCA, cigarettes were Right Out, and smokers (I was one at the time) were
expected to use pipes.  I got back four years later, and people were smoking
cigarettes at events.  I will say that I did move downwind and away from
others, myself, but I stuck with cigarettes until I quit.
