[MR] A&S Competition/Judges

Apologies, as I'm going to sound like a whiner here - I'm on the
roster of judges, albeit for a relatively 'small' area, southern
Atlantia. And not once since I was added to that august group have I
been called upon to judge. I've actually had to remind folks that I'm
available to judge. Or just jump in - usually in local events.

I want to judge, I've collectively hit a wall in my area of expertise
- jewelry - and until I've tried to cast, mold, etc with metal, I
can't go forward (IMO);

So the question then becomes, when someone sets up the A&S for an
event, does that person actually USE the Roster of Judges? Or do they
rely on their local folks in all things? I am willing to come to a
lot of events, JUST to play in the arts. That's always worth the
price of admission to me.
