Precedence and are excessively delinquent:

Failure to file court reports by their deadline can result in the removal of
warrant of the herald in question, per Atlantian policy.  These past-due
reports must be received NLT 10/12/07.  Any assistance in obtaining this
information will be greatly appreciated.
