[MR] Fighting Garments

Greetings,
                    I would have liked to post this message to the 
appropriate forum - I could not  find an Atlantian costuming Forum.
 
Does anyone have a pattern that is functional for a fighting garment  that 
resembles the Walter von  Hohenklingen effigy?
 
I know that the Grande Assiette is posted but with out the skills of a  
laurel seamstress i have little hopes in constructing one.
