 Greetings to the tavern and all our friends gathered here from Gisela Laurel's Education Deputy,

The missive from the BoD which was forwarded to this list by our own good Baroness Fiona was posted by the BoD in rather a horse before the cart fashion today. It caught many in the Colleges, including Elisabeth Laurel Queen of Arms by surprise.

There will be no change in the way the Colleges notify clients about heraldic submissions until after the proposed and now allowed change to e-mail notifications has been discussed and comments heard by? Laurel. She will state as much in her next monthly Cover Letter. 

When it is decided by Laurel, with the counsel of her Colleges and others who offer advice, exactly how this change will be implemented, that also will be stated in a future cover letter from her hand.
