[MR] trash-site cleanup

I would like to echo what Lady Glynis has to say. I am in no way blaming any 
autorcrat for trash on a site. I am blaming US, each and every person 
attending an event. If each person simply picked up and disposed of his own 
trash, and maybe picked up any trash they saw whether or not it was his,  
sites would be left spotless, and the already over-worked autocrats and 
their crews would have one fewer thing to deal with.

It's just not right to make the event crew have to spend yet MORE time 
cleaning up garbage from litterers on Sunday morning, when they are tired 
and trying to do a million thing already.

Trust me, trash is a lot lighter and more compact than whatever it was that 
produced it. Pack it out. It's not hard.
